MyJobFit.ai provides AI-powered analysis that compares your resume against job descriptions to assess your fit for specific roles. Our service:

• Analyzes resume content and job requirements using artificial intelligence
• Generates match scores, identifies strengths, and highlights areas for improvement
• Provides guidance to help you understand your candidacy

Important: MyJobFit.ai uses artificial intelligence to provide career guidance. Please understand:

• Not a guarantee: Our analysis is for informational purposes only. A high match score does not guarantee you will get the job, and a low score does not mean you won't.
• AI limitations: AI can make mistakes. The analysis reflects patterns in your resume and the job description, but hiring decisions involve many factors we cannot assess.
• Not professional advice: Our service is not a substitute for professional career counseling, resume writing services, or employment advice.
• Your responsibility: You are responsible for your own career decisions. Use our insights as one of many tools in your job search.

Free Analysis: New users receive one free analysis to try the service.

Access Passes: After your free analysis, you can purchase time-based access passes (daily, weekly, or monthly) for unlimited analyses during the pass period.

Pass Duration: Passes begin immediately upon purchase and expire after the designated time period. Unused time is not refundable or transferable.

Pricing: Current pricing is displayed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change prices, but any pass you've purchased will be honored for its full duration.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

We want you to be satisfied with MyJobFit.ai. Our refund policy:

• Technical issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using the service, contact us within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• Unsatisfied with results: If you're not happy with the analysis quality after your first paid analysis, contact us within 48 hours for consideration of a refund.
• No refunds for: Passes where significant usage has occurred, or requests made after the pass has expired.

To request a refund, email support@myjobfit.ai with your purchase details.

Account Creation: You sign in through Replit authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Replit account.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use MyJobFit.ai.

One Account: Each person may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse free analyses or promotions is prohibited.

When using MyJobFit.ai, you agree NOT to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our AI analysis system
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service
• Share your account access with others or resell our service
• Attempt to circumvent payment requirements or abuse free trials
• Overload our systems or interfere with other users' access

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Ownership: You retain ownership of your resume and any content you upload.

License: By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing our analysis service.

Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring the content you upload is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• MyJobFit.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any career decisions you make based on our analysis
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service

By You: You may stop using MyJobFit.ai at any time. Contact us if you wish to delete your account.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. If we terminate without cause during an active paid pass, we will provide a prorated refund.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of MyJobFit.ai after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
